Contact Forms

Instead of a generic contact form that may attract more spam than leads, use a dedicated page that uses a form in conjunction with a lead generation offer (like a free consultation). But be sure you include your business contact information on your website since this is critical.

Website Content

Viewers hate to scroll. When you have too much text and graphics that makes the viewer scroll several times to reach the bottom, your info may be ignored. Too much text may mean you’re trying too hard to communicate your ideas on that page. Give viewers just enough info to gain their interest and contact you to get more.

Your Industry Language

Don’t assume that everyone understands your industry-specific language. Look through your website and highlight terms that are not common outside your industry. Replace them with more common explanations.
